	Medical Discounts (Sliding Fee Scale Discount Program) - Rolette Health Center provides services to all patients without regard to the patient's ability to pay. The Siding Fee Scale (SFS) Program applies a discount to the cost of the services, allowing individual's access to affordable, quality health, dental and prescription services. Verification of income is required.
	340B Drug Program - Allows our patient's to receive a discount on certain medications thru our contracted pharmacies. Minimum fee of $7.00 owed by the patient. Verification of income is required.
	Dental Voucher (discount) Program - Rolette Health Center believes that dental services are an important part of primary care services and that this service should be provided without regard to the patient's ability to pay. Patient's eligible for SFS may inquire for a dental service voucher.
